About the club
The “Murray Bridge Cods” is a swimming club based at the Olympic Swimming Pool on Adelaide Road, Murray Bridge. The club was established in 1957 and has a long and proud swimming history in the Murraylands Region. Our club continues to be run by volunteers and has such a good rapport with members that our membership demographic ranges from Meningie, Coonalpyn, Karoonda, Mannum to Adelaide (and everywhere in between). We are very proud of our achievements, both in the pool and within the club itself, which we attribute to the hard work of a lot of people connected with our club. Currently we have over 65 members training weekly up to 4 nights per week at the Murray Bridge Swimming Pool.
This year our club will have members swimming in carnivals all over South Australia. Our own annual carnival will be held on the 10th and 11th of December 2022 at the Murray Bridge Swimming Pool, and is attended by visiting country, metropolitan and interstate clubs.
