A slightly changed format this year – Freestyle plus two offstrokes and a distance event! Each stroke will have 100m, 50m and 25m events with the distance event changing each week. This week it is only 200m Freestyle.
Simply enter the strokes you wish and you will be seeded in the appropriate distance based on last years times or coaches recommendation if you are new to the club.
